Next Step Nursing are seeking Adult RGN’s for work in a variety of nursing homes across South East London, you would be supporting the needs of elderly and vulnerable residents.  Residents range from those who are relatively independent to those who require care or support, nursing, dementia or end-of-life care. They pride themselves on providing discreet support in a place which is not institutional, but very much like home. Professionals believe it is the care that sets the care home apart from other homes, values that are echoed in the recommendations received both from residents themselves, families and professionals.
